Unfortunately I can't remember the restuarant name or the name of the meal, but here's how it works: you order eight slices of pork marinated with different sauces. You wrap the meat (or not, up to you) in the lettuce given to you (on the right in the first photo) and dip in a spciy sauce or add kimchi, mushrooms or what have you to it. The big bowl of soup was a spicy seafood soup with all kinds of shellfish. Quality stuff all around.
