This was my first meal at Korean restaurant. The name of the meal and the restaurant currently eludes me, but the gist of it is: you cook both the meat and assorted greens (behind the spoon and chopsticks) in the broth on the stove. Once cooked, you dip it in the bowl at the bottom left corner and enjoy! It was quite good, but a little overwhelming (considering the meal requires you to essentially cook your own food). It was of course served with kimchi as well as some squid.
